Our Story
RHB was founded in 2020 by its Managing Partner Karim EL Raheb, one of the major Hospitality advisors and Asset Managers in Egypt. Following the Covid outbreak Mr. El Raheb founded the company to meet hotel owners needs facing the crisis time and the market growth in the following years covering the full hospitality business cycle needs.
Our Logo, the Puzzle corner piece, emphasizes the role we play in the hospitality industry.
Each puzzle has a unique picture different than all other puzzles. To assemble any puzzle, the player must see all the tiny pieces and details along while grasping the required full picture. However, despite the size and look of each puzzle they are all assembled in the exact same way, Hotels likewise.

During his years of experience, Mr. Karim El Raheb hold role from Hotel owner and operated, to management under international operator, consultant advisor and director of Asset Management. Along with his Finance and Hospitality management background, he has covered all the roles in the hospitality industry.
- MBA in Hospitality management from Lausanne Hotel School
- E-Masters in Hospitality Management from Cornell University
- Graduated from the American University in Cairo majoring in Finance
Holding an MBA in Hospitality Management from EHL (Lausanne Hotel School), Karim El Raheb has over 15 years of experience in the field of hospitality management, both in Egypt and the Middle East.
Karim initially worked 5 years as a 3 Star Hotel owner and manager located in Cairo. He joined Colliers Dubai following his MBA as an asset management consultant managing a portfolio covering 16 Hotels in the middle east.
In 2015, Karim joined Soma Bay Development company as the destination director of Hospitality development and Asset management. Since 2020, Karim started RHB, a leading hospitality consultant in Egypt and the Middle East
An expert in hospitality asset management, he has managed numerous development and operational strategies for hotel owners.
